Do I need a UK Driving Licence?2022-03-09T10:24:17+00:00

Yes, you do need a UK Driving Licence, you must bring this with you along with a photo ID if you don’t have the new style photo card ID.

Can I use my car for the test?2022-03-09T10:25:47+00:00

We ask that your car is right-hand drive, has less than 9 seats, weighs no more than 3.5T, and has 4 wheels.

In addition, the car must have adjustable head restraints and a clear view through the rear window.

The car must be taxed and insured and be in a roadworthy condition eg. be capable of passing an MOT

You CAN NOT use a van or convertible for your Taxi Test

The test is conducted in English, foreign language translators are not permitted. Should the candidate require an interpreter due to deafness / lack of language then an interpreter may be used. Please contact us regarding this before making your booking.

Outward facing cameras may be used providing the sound recording is turned off.

Yes, your assessor will inform you of the result at the end of your test.

Yes, you can retake the test you’ll need to rebook via our website.

Please refer all complaints to us at customerservice@123taxitests.co.uk within 7 Working days of your test. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.

How do I re-schedule or cancel my test?2022-03-09T11:01:40+00:00

To reschedule your test you must give a clear 5 days notice. If your test falls within this time you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
